Crafting the Perfect Slice

We exclusively use Italian Type 00 Flour. Unlike standard Maida, our dough is high-protein and finely milled, resulting in a crust that is airy, crispy, and incredibly light on the stomach.

Baked in a traditional woodfire oven at scorching temperatures, every pizza gets that authentic smoky aroma and leopard-spotted char that defines true Neapolitan-style pizza.

Launched in March 2025 in the holy city of Ujjain, Bararo's Pizza set out to challenge the standard "Maida-culture" of commercial chains. We believed that authentic, healthy woodfire pizza shouldn't be a luxury, but a standard.
